Mozzarella Demonstration

Learn how to make fresh mozzarella! Price includes dinner family style and a take home sample of freshly made mozzarella. Cash bar available. The event is open to IAA members and their family and friends! If you plan to attend, please fill out the RSVP form.

Carnevale

The price for the family celebration will include buffet luncheon, singing and traditional Italian music and dancing. A cash bar is available. There will be a costume parade, best costume and mask awarded. Featured will be a gift auction table and 50-50. Please RSVP by February 2, 2026
